Structural Integrity
Posts and Frames: Lifetime warranty against structural failures due to manufacturing defects. Trusses: 25-year warranty covering structural performance under normal conditions.
Workmanship
5-year warranty on all construction workmanship, ensuring that our buildings meet the highest standards.
Paint and Finish
40-year warranty on paint finishes, protecting against peeling, cracking, and excessive fading.
Roofing

As a licensed general contractor, we can coordinate as much or as little of the project as needed beyond the building itself including site preparation, concrete work, utility connections, and more. Our team can manage the full scope of the project based on your needs and desired level of involvement.
Our experienced administrative team is well-versed in building codes, plan requirements, and municipal regulations. We handle the permit application process on your behalf to ensure everything is submitted accurately and efficiently.
From final design approval and permitting to completion, the timeline typically ranges from 4 to 12 weeks depending on your location, weather, and the size/complexity of your project.
Yes. All of our pole barn structures are engineered to meet or exceed local building codes, snow loads, and wind loads for your region.
We offer three series: Simple, Select, and Signature series, each with varying levels of specifications, finishes, and custom features. Whether you’re after a functional utility building or a high-end structure with premium details, we have an option that fits.
While we don’t provide in-house financing, we can connect you with lenders experienced in post-frame building loans. We’re also happy to work with your preferred financial provider.
